Public Code of Conduct

Environmental, Social Responsibility and Governance

We are committed to conducting business responsibly and ethically throughout our operations and supply chain. We partner with suppliers who share our commitment to human rights, fair labor practices, safe working conditions, environmental stewardship, and ethical business conduct. Our expectations are aligned with the principles of the Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA), the ETI Base Code, applicable laws and regulations, and internationally recognized standards for responsible business practices.

We expect all suppliers and business partners to maintain management systems that support continuous improvement and demonstrate compliance with the following principles:

Labor Standards

  • Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected where permitted by law.
  • Wages, benefits, and working hours comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Workers have access to effective grievance mechanisms and channels for raising concerns without fear of reprisal.

Health & Safety

  • Occupational health and safety risks are identified, assessed, and controlled through a risk-based management approach.
  • Employees receive appropriate safety training and are actively involved in workplace safety programs and committees.
  • Emergency preparedness, incident reporting, and continuous improvement processes are maintained and regularly reviewed.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Environmental impacts are identified, monitored, and managed responsibly.
  • Compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations is maintained.
  • Efforts are made to reduce waste, conserve natural resources, improve energy efficiency, and minimize environmental impacts throughout operations and the supply chain.
  • Sustainable practices and continuous environmental improvement are encouraged at all levels of the organization.

Business Ethics

  • Business is conducted with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
  • Bribery, corruption, fraud, extortion, and conflicts of interest are prohibited.
  • Ethical sourcing, responsible procurement, and fair competition practices are maintained.
  • Concerns regarding unethical conduct may be reported through appropriate channels and will be investigated without retaliation.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We are committed to fostering a workplace where all individuals are treated fairly, with dignity and respect. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, performance, and business needs, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic. We value diverse perspectives and believe an inclusive workplace strengthens innovation, collaboration, and business performance.

Governance & Accountability

We maintain policies, procedures, and management systems designed to support legal compliance, ethical conduct, and responsible business practices. We regularly assess risks, monitor performance, engage with employees and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement throughout our operations and supply chain. We expect our suppliers and business partners to uphold these same principles and to cooperate with assessments, audits, and corrective action initiatives that support responsible and sustainable business practices.
