How do I reset my password?

Please email us at info@candlewarmers.com or call us at 1-800-262-2305 and we will assist you in resetting your password.

Why should I register for a Candle Warmers Etc. Account?

When you register with us, we’ll save some of your information so that you don’t have to enter it again on future orders. Plus we will email you about special discounts and promotions.

Ordering & Returns Information

Why is tax being added to my wholesale order?

If you don’t see “Wholesale” under the Candle Warmers Etc. or Airome logos at the top of the page you may be logged in as a “Retail” customer instead of a “Wholesale” customer. Please log out and log back in.

What if my order has been backordered?

While we do our best to ensure that we have sufficient stock on all of our items, on rare occasions we may run out of stock. If we do run out of stock on a particular item you’ve ordered, we will ship any in-stock items in your order immediately and then notify you via email regarding which items are back-ordered. Products that are out of stock but will arrive within 21 days of your original order will be back-ordered and will ship as soon as they are available. Backorders that are less than $50 dollars will automatically be canceled. Shipping charges will apply to all backorders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

**Candle Warmers Etc. will be closed on select days between December 23rd and January 2nd. All orders placed during this time will have extended order processing times of up to 14 days.

Most orders will be processed within two to three business days. Please add three to six business days for typical FedEx delivery. If you require faster delivery, please call our customer service department (1-800-262-2305) to ask about Next Day or Second Day shipping.

Can I place an order if I don’t live in the United States?

Yes! Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-262-2305 for orders outside of the U.S. and we will be glad to help you.

How do I know my order went through?

You will receive confirmation through email once your order has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us in 24 hours, please check your email “Spam” folder. If after four working days you still have not received a confirmation email from us, please call our customer service department (1-800-262-2305).

Why can’t I find my order in my Order History?

Please allow 48 hours for order processing on all but expedited orders. The order will appear 24-48 hours after the order is placed in your on-line order history. If you are concerned that the order may have not been completed, please contact customer service at 1-800-262-2305 before placing the order again. This will help avoid duplicate orders.

I placed my order during the weekend, when will you process my order?

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Can I change my order after I submit it?

Orders are processed in one to two business days. If you need to make a change, please call customer service at 1-800-262-2305 as soon as possible.

Why does my order say “Processing” when I put in my Credit Card Information?

Our process is to charge your credit card when the order is shipped. Until then, this means your order is approved and pending fulfillment in our warehouse.

What is Candle Warmers Etc Return Policy?

No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number.

  • If the product is damaged or defective, we will either replace it or provide a refund.
  • If you are unhappy with any of our products, please email us to let us know. We will provide return information and process a refund once we receive the item back. If it is a problem with the product, we will pay to have it returned. If you just changed your mind, the item will need to be returned at your expense and we will provide a refund for the product minus a 15% restocking fee.
  • Candles that have been lit or melted are not eligible for a refund.
  • Candle Warmers, Etc. will not honor claims, returns, or exchanges when our products are purchased through Ebay® or secondary parties.

Product & Warranty Information

I broke the dish to my warmer, can I purchase a new replacement dish?

No, you will need to repurchase your item.

What are the pricing policies?

Candle Warmers Etc. and Airome product prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders shall be invoices at the prevailing prices at the time of shipment.

Why are some of the ceramic warmer finishes different from product to product?

All Candle Warmers Etc. ceramic warmers are hand-crafted and hand-glazed. Occasionally, our ceramic warmers contain small blemishes such as pock marks, pin holes, indentations, smears, streaks, glaze voids, and other common imperfections in the glaze surface. In addition, many of our ceramic warmers use a reactive glaze process where a base coat and top coat are applied, which then “reacts” to heat in the kiln. The result is a one-of-a-kind glazed look that can be slightly different from warmer to warmer.

How long do the warming bulbs last?

Most bulbs last between 1,000 to 1,500 hours. Turning your bulb on and off within a five minute period will shorten the life of the bulb.

How long are the power cords on the warmers?

Power cords are about three feet long.

What brands of jar candles are safe to use with Candle Warmers Etc. products?

Most candles are completely safe to be used on, in, or under any of our products. We can’t guarantee that every candle company uses high quality glass jars or uses glass jars that are free from hidden defects. To ensure your candle is safe to be used with our candle warmers, contact the candle manufacturer before use.

How will I know when to replace my candle?

Unlike burning a candle, warming a candle will not cause the wax to burn off. Over time as the candle is repeatedly heated, the fragrance will eventually evaporate and the candle will produce a weaker scent. Once this happens, it’s time to replace the candle. If you are using one of our candle warmer lamps or lanterns and the scent starts to diminish from your candle, simply pour the melted wax into an empty metal or glass container and discard. The rest of the unmelted candle is still good and still holds fragrance.

Can I purchase bulbs at a regular hardware store?

No, the bulbs found in your candle warmer lamps or lanterns have a narrow beam that is focused directly onto the candle. Bulbs that are found in hardware centers have a beam with a wider focus and will not melt the candle. Click here to order replacement bulbs.

Can a candle warmer crack or break a candle jar?

All Candle Warmers Etc. products are UL or ETL approved. Your Candle Warmers Etc. products have been tested and approved for use with high quality jars candles without cracking or breaking your jar candle.

How long does it take to melt a candle?

Depending on which Candle Warmers product you are using, melting time could take anywhere between a few minutes to an hour or more depending on the size of the candle.

Do the warmers melt large candles?

Yes, most of our candle warming products can accommodate most 4 oz. to 26 oz. jar candles. For our plate warmers, we recommend using 4 to 12 oz. jar candles.

Does the candle have to be in a jar or some sort of dish?

Yes, make sure that you use only jar candles. If you are using wax chips, tarts, potpourri, etc., make sure you use the dish in warming products like our 2-in1-Classic Warmer or Illumination Fragrance Warmer. Otherwise wax will melt onto the warmer.

Why should I use Candle Warmers Etc. fragrance warmers?

Candle Warmers Etc. is the original candle warmer company. Candle Warmers Etc. fragrance warmers are safe as they release the wax’s fragrance with no open flame, and all have UL or ETL approval. Our products quickly warm the wax to release the fragrance. Fragrance warmers eliminate the dangers of the indoor air pollution and open flame of a lit candle. With Candle Warmers Etc. products, you enjoy all the great things about candles without any of the dangers or harmful byproducts.

How strong is the fragrance in Candle Warmers Etc. candles?

Candle Warmers Etc. uses the highest quality fragrance oils and has a fragrance load well above the industry average.

What is the difference between Candle Warmers Etc. Wax Products and other brands?

Candle Warmers Etc. wax products use only the highest quality materials in a wide variety of fragrances. And every Candle Warmers Etc. wax product is hand poured in the U.S.A.!

How do candle warmer lamps and lanterns work?

A specially-designed halogen bulb melts the candle from the top down. This is different than “traditional” candle warmers that melt the candle from the bottom. The result is the candle starts melting and releasing fragrance in a matter of minutes.

How do fragrance warmers work?

We have many different types of candle warmers, but the process is the same for each. Place a jar candle or wax melts in the corresponding warmer, turn it on, and the fragrance will be released as the wax is warmed.

What is a fragrance warmer?

A fragrance warmer is an electric appliance that warms and melts scented jar candles and/or wax melts, releasing the wax’s fragrance without a flame. Candle Warmers Etc. candle warmers are a quick, safe, clean, and healthy alternative to enjoying the ambiance of a lit candle without the flame.

What if an item is defective?

In the unfortunate event you receive a defective item please send us a message via chat in the bottom right hand corner or send us an email at Info@candlewarmers.com with information on your product and we’ll start the process of making it right.

If you find the need to submit a warranty claim on a product please send us a message via chat in the bottom right hand corner or send us an email at Info@candlewarmers.com with information on your product. Once we receive your information we’ll find your product and start the claim process.

Resale Certificate Questions

What information must be included on a Resale Certificate?

The information needed on a resale certificate varies state-by-state, but generally must include:

  • The seller’s business name and address
  • The buyer’s business name and address
  • The nature of the buyer’s business
  • The buyer’s state-issued sales tax number
  • A description of the items the buyer intends to resell
  • The signature and title of an authorized individual from the business
  • The date the document was signed
How do I get a Resale Certificate?

Resale certificate forms vary state-by-state. Please CLICK HERE to get full instructions and links to the form you will need to submit before you can submit an order.

Can I use my Sales Tax License/Permit or Vendor’s License/Permit as a Resale Certificate?

As a rule, a sales tax license/permit or vendor’s license/permit CANNOT be used as a resale certificate. Laws vary state-by-state, but in general, a buyer (purchaser) must submit a resale certificate to a seller (supplier) to make sales-tax-exempt purchases. CLICK HERE to learn how to submit your resale certificate.

What is the difference between a Resale Certificate and a Sales Tax License/Permit or Vendor’s License/Permit

resale certificate is a signed document issued by a buyer (purchaser) and given to a seller (supplier), indicating they will resell the items purchased.

A sales tax license/permit or vendor’s license/permit is a government document issued by a state’s Department of Revenue or Department of Commerce. It is given to a buyer after they have registered with the state to do business within that state.

Simply put, a state issues a sales tax or vendor’s license to a business, allowing them to make sales-tax-exempt purchases. A business gives a resale certificate to their supplier, indicating they intend to resell the items purchased.

How will my order ship?

Orders over $50.00 will ship via small parcel (UPS, FedEx or USPS)

Orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat $9.99 shipping rate and will ship small parcel (UPS, FedEx or USPS)

What if an item arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged or is in any way defective, please call our customer service department at 1-800-262-2305, Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm MST. Please have your order number ready. Your account will be credited or a replacement product will be shipped promptly.

Does Candle Warmers Etc offer priority delivery?

Yes. If you require faster delivery, please call our customer service department (1-800-262-2305) to ask about Next Day or Second Day shipping.

Is there a shipping charge on Wholesale orders?

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of shipment. If you would like an estimate before you place your order, you can call our customer service department at 1-800-262-2305 and we will be happy to assist you.

What are the minimums I can place for orders?

Minimum dollar amounts on orders are $300.00 on opening orders and $100.00 on reorders. Minimums are also set by the products master case quantity. We set minimums in order to keep shipping charges as low as possible, so we do require that you order in minimum quantities. We do however give you the option to mix and match colors/designs of like product in order to reach minimums.

How do I apply for Wholesale?
